Agreed deliverables
Document the assets, workflows or product work to be delivered, acceptance criteria, commercial terms and review responsibilities.
Execution
Work from the agreed plan with shared documents and an appropriate workspace. Use human review for content, AI outputs and consequential decisions.
Reviews
Review progress and feedback with the founder at agreed checkpoints. Record decisions and scope changes rather than silently expanding the work.
Support
Agree handoff, documentation, training or ongoing support as part of the scope. Maintenance responsibilities and any support coverage are confirmed separately.
Practical remote working arrangements
We agree communication channels, meeting windows and approval owners with your team. Shared notes make decisions visible between calls; reviews focus on delivered work, open questions and next priorities.
Tool access, data handling, confidentiality and permissions are discussed before work starts. Integration feasibility and any third-party costs are checked during scoping. We do not assume a particular time-zone overlap, response time or round-the-clock coverage.
