Make Your Existing Software Smarter With AI.
Improve a useful workflow in the systems your team already operates. We help business and technology leaders assess opportunities, integrate bounded AI capabilities and plan a controlled production rollout.
Map the existing architecture, workflow ownership, integration surfaces, data quality and access rules. Identify what must keep working and how a new feature will be tested alongside it. An available model API does not establish that your current systems can support the intended experience.
AI integration depends on existing architecture, data quality, permissions and operational constraints. We do not promise compatibility with every platform or assume that a rewrite is needed.
Prioritize one workflow and agree what improvement would be useful. Our AI automation consulting guide provides a practical pilot acceptance checklist.
Retrieval-augmented generation supplies relevant source material to a model when preparing a response. A scoped design may combine document ingestion, search, source references and a user interface. Source permissions, freshness and retrieval quality still need testing; retrieval does not guarantee that every answer is correct.
Define how the assistant handles absent or conflicting evidence, access-restricted documents and requests outside its purpose. Users should be able to inspect supporting material and escalate when the answer is insufficient.
Assess document types, extraction quality, review steps and the system of record before automating updates. Treat extracted values as proposed data until the agreed validation passes. API limits, authentication, event ordering and duplicate handling influence implementation.
For example, an invoice-intake pilot could prepare fields for an authorized reviewer and hold uncertain values for correction. This is an illustrative use case, not a completed client project or a claimed accuracy result.
Distinguish suggesting an action from executing it. Set tool allowlists, user and tenant permissions, approval requirements and stop conditions. External messages, deletions or consequential changes need the agreed authorization boundary. Test how the workflow responds to unavailable tools and untrusted input.
Security and governance requirements vary by organization and use case. Any certification, independent assessment or regulatory determination must be scoped separately; none is claimed by this service page.
Where feasible, introduce a bounded feature behind controlled access, evaluate it with approved users and data, and retain a way to use the previous process. Compatibility tests, operational acceptance and rollback readiness inform rollout. Expansion follows evidence and an explicit decision, not a demo alone.
Understand the business problem, users, constraints and commercial objectives.
Prioritize features, establish requirements, assess feasibility and agree acceptance criteria.
Develop product flows, UX/UI, architecture and integration plans.
Implement the approved functionality using suitable engineering and AI technologies.
Test functionality, security, performance, AI behavior and deployment readiness. Launch follows the agreed acceptance decision.
Monitor usage, address issues and prioritize further improvements under an agreed support scope.

No universal compatibility is promised. Feasibility depends on architecture, available APIs, data quality, permissions, licensing and operational constraints. Assessment may identify blockers or a narrower integration path.
Not necessarily. We assess whether an incremental feature or integration can meet the need. Any proposed migration or rewrite requires its own scope, dependencies and acceptance plan.
No. Retrieval and generation both require evaluation. The design should address source quality, permissions, unsupported questions, uncertainty and escalation; source references help users review an answer.
Agree test cases, authorization boundaries, rollout stages, monitoring, rollback and operating ownership before release. A proof of concept alone does not establish production readiness.
We provide a custom USD proposal after assessing systems, scope and constraints. Third-party licenses, model usage, hosting and ongoing support are confirmed explicitly.
Ownership, third-party licenses, repository access and handover deliverables are specified in the proposal and agreement. Confirm these before work starts; model providers and licensed components retain their own terms.
Model/API usage, hosting, storage and other third-party subscriptions are scoped separately unless explicitly included. We discuss usage assumptions and cost controls; no unlimited usage is implied.
Maintenance, monitoring, incident responsibilities and further development are agreed separately or included explicitly in a support scope. A launch does not imply unlimited maintenance or round-the-clock coverage.
