For Startup Founders
Nontechnical founders, early-stage and funded startups, and SaaS entrepreneurs: clarify the user problem, test feasibility and prioritize a useful first release.
Build and launch your AI MVP →MASH AI Product Studio
Build AI Products That Solve Real Business Problems.
From early-stage ideas to enterprise AI modernization, we help businesses design, develop, launch, and improve reliable AI-powered software.
From AI product ideas to production-ready applications, MASH Solutions helps founders and businesses design, develop, launch, and improve intelligent digital products. We connect product decisions, engineering and operational readiness in an agreed delivery plan. A concept, a working demo and a production service each need different evidence and acceptance criteria.

Discuss Your RequirementsDiscovery establishes which problem matters and whether rules, search, an integration or AI is the appropriate approach. We do not assume every product needs a model.
Engagements can cover discovery, feasibility, experience design, architecture, application engineering, integrations, testing, deployment planning and scoped improvement. We agree deliverables, dependencies, review owners and exclusions before implementation. The product belongs to a business workflow, so engineering decisions must reflect user needs and commercial constraints.
Translate a product hypothesis into a narrow, usable workflow with clear feedback and measurement. Scope user management, permissions, subscription flows where needed, model integration and operational responsibilities alongside the feature itself. Explore AI MVP development for startup founders.
Evaluate assistants, document workflows and internal tools with explicit boundaries around what they may read, draft and change. An agent workflow needs bounded tools, approval rules, error handling and a way to stop or escalate. Customer messages, commercial commitments and consequential record changes should follow the agreed human approval policy.
Start with an architecture and data assessment. We consider knowledge assistants, AI search, document intelligence and workflow integrations where access, source quality and operational constraints support them. Explore AI product modernization for an incremental approach. Compatibility is assessed for each system.
A demo becomes an operational product only when its surrounding systems are ready: authentication, authorization, configuration, monitoring, failures, release procedures and ownership. Define expected behavior for unsupported requests, unavailable dependencies and duplicate events. Agree rollback and support responsibilities before rollout; no release date or reliability result is guaranteed before assessment.
These are examples to assess, not portfolio claims. Suitability depends on data, permissions, risk and the process owner’s requirements.
Understand the business problem, users, constraints and commercial objectives.
Prioritize features, establish requirements, assess feasibility and agree acceptance criteria.
Develop product flows, UX/UI, architecture and integration plans.
Implement the approved functionality using suitable engineering and AI technologies.
Test functionality, security, performance, AI behavior and deployment readiness. Launch follows the agreed acceptance decision.
Monitor usage, address issues and prioritize further improvements under an agreed support scope.
Technology selection follows feasibility, maintainability and your team’s constraints. Options may include OpenAI or other suitable model APIs, retrieval-augmented generation, bounded agent frameworks, Python or Node.js services, React or Next.js interfaces, PostgreSQL-based storage, Supabase where appropriate, vector search, cloud hosting such as Vercel, and existing business APIs.
Authentication, authorization, monitoring and evaluation are part of the architecture discussion. This list describes technologies that may be evaluated, not certified partnerships, universal platform compatibility or proof of prior delivery in every stack.
Required controls and any independent security assessment are scoped with the customer; we do not claim a certification or compliance outcome.
It can include product discovery, feasibility, UX/UI, application engineering, model and API integration, testing, launch preparation and scoped improvement. The agreed proposal determines which stages and deliverables are included.
Yes. Define what the prototype should help you learn. A prototype is not automatically an MVP or production-ready application; security, user workflows and operating requirements need their own acceptance criteria.
AI Product Studio engagements use custom proposals in USD. Cost depends on scope, data readiness, integrations, delivery resources and operational requirements. Discuss your product for an estimate; optional form budgets are planning ranges, not quoted prices.
Ownership, third-party licenses, repository access and handover deliverables are specified in the proposal and agreement. Confirm these before work starts; model providers and licensed components retain their own terms.
Model/API usage, hosting, storage and other third-party subscriptions are scoped separately unless explicitly included. We discuss usage assumptions and cost controls; no unlimited usage is implied.
Maintenance, monitoring, incident responsibilities and further development are agreed separately or included explicitly in a support scope. A launch does not imply unlimited maintenance or round-the-clock coverage.
