Make the next enquiry easier to handle

Give routine conversations a clear path forward.

Missed calls. Delayed replies. The same questions each day. Follow-ups without an owner. Customer details scattered across tools. Start with the part of your process that needs attention.

Two channels. One considered approach.

Meet customers where they start.

01 / Voice

AI Voice Agent

An AI receptionist for routine enquiries: answer approved FAQs, ask qualification questions and collect appointment or callback requests. Transfer to your team where the chosen provider supports it.

Inbound and consent-based outbound workflows depend on telephony availability and an agreed deployment.

02 / WhatsApp

WhatsApp AI Agent

Answer from approved business knowledge, capture requirements, share useful documents and pass the conversation to a person when needed.

Uses an official WhatsApp Business Platform integration. Status lookups and reminders depend on connected systems and messaging permissions.

Scope and pricing depend on workflows, integrations, channels and usage. Availability is confirmed during discovery.

Example workflow

Carry the context forward, with permission.

  1. A question comes inA prospect calls about a training course.
  2. Understand the needThe agent asks about interests and preferred study times.
  3. Share useful informationWith consent and a verified WhatsApp identifier, an approved course outline can be shared.
  4. Request an appointmentThe prospect suggests a counselling time. This remains a request until the calendar or staff confirms it.
  5. Give the team contextA connected CRM or agreed team destination receives a summary for review.

Channels are linked only with verified identifiers and appropriate consent, never just a matching name. This example describes a configurable workflow, not an active integration or completed booking.

Integration options · assessed before implementation

Connect to a reliable source of truth.

Phone & WhatsApp

Voice provider, number and routing setup; official WhatsApp Business Platform access and an eligible business number. Provider support and account approval must be checked.

CRM & team tools

Map lead fields, ownership and permissions before connecting a CRM, spreadsheet or team inbox. Missing access or failed updates route to a person.

Calendars & business data

Appointment booking automation requires a real scheduling system to confirm availability and creation. Order status requires an authorized, current source.

From priorities to execution

From Strategy to Execution.

Understand the business, define the plan, build the workflows and assets, then review what is working with your team.

AI supports execution. Your team keeps ownership of business decisions, customer commitments and approvals. Growth, sales, funding and product-market fit are not guaranteed.

The execution challenge

Good priorities need someone to carry them through.

A landing page, CRM and product roadmap should support the same business priorities—not become separate projects competing for your attention.

Business use cases

Real-World Business Challenges We Help Solve.

These are illustrative use cases, not MASH client results. Each engagement is scoped around the actual product, team and constraints.

Illustrative use case / Product launch

A founder preparing to launch

The founder approves the product claims and launch priorities; MASH executes the agreed assets and workflows.

Illustrative use case / SaaS pipeline

A small SaaS team building repeatable inbound

Connect useful content, lead capture, CRM follow-up and pipeline reviews so the team can see where interest goes next.

Measure the process and review customer feedback rather than promise a fixed number of leads.

Illustrative use case / Customer support

A startup handling support manually

Build an approved knowledge assistant and support workflow for routine questions, with a clear human handoff for uncertainty or sensitive requests.

Test answers against reviewed source material before considering production use.

Illustrative use case / Product improvement

A founder with a working product

Define an MVP improvement plan, assess useful AI integrations and create a delivery roadmap tied to the next customer problem.

Separate discovery, prototype testing and production implementation so the next commitment is clear.

FAQs

Before you put an agent in front of customers.

Is this a ready-to-use AI agent platform?

MASH is an implementation and managed service partner. We scope your workflow, prepare knowledge, configure suitable integrations and test the agreed deployment. This website collects enquiries and shows a scripted preview; it does not run live calls or messages.

Can an agent confirm appointments?

Only when a connected scheduling system confirms availability and creates the booking. Otherwise the agent collects an appointment request for staff to confirm.

What happens when the agent cannot help?

We define escalation rules for uncertainty, sensitive requests, unavailable systems and customers who ask for a person. Live transfers depend on provider support; an agreed staff handoff is part of the workflow design.

Which languages and integrations are available?

We verify your required languages, phone regions, channels and tools against the selected providers before agreeing scope. No universal language or country coverage is assumed.

How much does implementation cost?

Contact for pricing. Scope depends on workflows, integrations, channels, usage and ongoing management. Existing growth packages retain their separate USD prices.

Can you help with products and broader automation?

Yes. AI Product Studio, custom development, CRM automation and GTM remain available as supporting services.
